As a nurse with nearly ten years of experience, I have seen devastating flaws in the U.S. healthcare system and the wonders of modern medicine. I have seen evidence and power in the use of non-pharmacological approaches while witnessing the damaging advice shared by well-intentioned holistic practitioners. Many integrative modalities and nursing practices are rooted in early traditional healthcare frameworks that the world has strayed away from. My goal as an integrative nurse is to help rebuild that bridge through safe and intentional cohesion.

My journey has led me to explore healthcare's wide and ever-evolving spectrum. I’ve worked at the bedside at level-one trauma emergency departments in St. Louis & Manhattan including the entirety of the COVID-19 pandemic, sat for boards to become a certified holistic nurse, completed a botanical medicine apprenticeship, became a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher, initiated staff wellness programs in traditional hospital settings, volunteered at music festivals doing event medicine, was a nurse in an IV infusion/Ketamine Therapy clinic, participated in IRB medical research, set up a medical clinical in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, became a level-two reiki practitioner, studied at the Integrative Oncology clinic at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, created workforce well-being assessments and programs for organizations, and am nearing completion with my Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree in Integrative Health and Healing.

The diversity of my professional experience has enabled me to offer a multitude of integrative services directly, consult with organizations seeking to do the same, communicate effectively with primary health providers, and provide a unique but rational approach to healthcare.

Consider me a good friend who can provide wellness advice with a little edge.
