FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What is integrative health?
Rather than using terms such as complementary, alternative, holistic, or hippie-dippie woo woo stuff - integrative health focuses on blending non-pharmacological approaches with traditional Western medicine to provide optimal health & healing
This includes modalities such as yoga, meditation, herbal supplements, vitamins, nutrition, reiki, sound healing, and acupressure
If you’re a nurse, is this medical advice?
Nope! Just someone with a lot of education and experience who happens to have a nursing degree. None of these services will treat or cure disease or chronic illness.
So, are you technically a doctor?
Not exactly, I graduate in May 2025 with a Doctorate of Nursing and Health Coaching. So technically yes, but that does not make me an advanced practicing registered nurse or MD.
Oh, so you’re a nurse practitioner?
Not quite, please see above. But I may one day go back to school if I feel I need it!
Can you draw blood labs/write prescriptions/cure/treat my conditions?
Nope, nope. Just here to help manage your day-to-day life, help you navigate the healthcare system, be a friend with a unique vantage point, and if you see some symptom improvement after meeting with me then what a coincidence :)
Do I have to live in Colorado?
Nope, remote sessions are totally okay! Reiki, yoga, and sound baths are included.
Is any of this billable to my insurance?
At this time, no. But please speak with me about pricing if concerns arise.
